High Voltage Station Supervisor (110–220–400kV)

Purpose of the Job

Coordination, organization, and supervision of construction and installation works for high-voltage electrical stations, in accordance with project plans, technical documentation, terms, budget, and quality, safety, and health requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates the activity on site for construction and installation works of high-voltage electrical stations (110 kV, 220 kV, 400 kV).
• Ensures compliance with technical project, execution details, and current regulations (ANRE, ISC, SSM, PSI).
• Plans daily and weekly work and manages resources (personnel, equipment, materials).
• Coordinates worker teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitors compliance with the execution schedule and proposes measures to recover delays.
• Verifies the quality of executed works and participates in critical phases.
• Ensures strict application of safety and health at work regulations, especially when working with high-voltage installations.
• Maintains site documentation: journals, process-verbal, work situation reports, daily reports.
• Collaborates with site managers, designers, beneficiaries, and control authorities.
• Participates in the reception of works and the commissioning of installations.
• Reports periodically on the status of works to company management.
• Has authority to stop work in case of major SSM risk or technical nonconformity.

Requirements

Studies and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy / Construction.
• ANRE authorization (grade IVB).
• SSM and PSI courses – recommended.
• Driving license category B.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrated experience in construction or modernization of high-voltage electrical stations.
• Experience in coordinating teams and subcontractors.

• Knowledge of MS Office; using MS Project or other planning applications – advantageous.
• Availability for travel and work on site.
• Consults with the Project Manager on allocated budget
• Pays close attention to details, safety, and procedure respect.

Foreign Languages

• Techincal English – medium/advanced level (advantageous).
