Site Manager Utility Networks

For our partner, a Romanian company specializing in the design, execution, and maintenance of utility installations and networks, we are looking for a Site Manager with experience in coordinating utility network projects.

Requirements:

• Higher Technical Education in the field of Installations or Civil Construction
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating utility network projects
• Knowledge of legislation and technical norms in construction
• Knowledge of quality, H&S, and environmental requirements for this type of project
• Good coordination skills for execution teams and subcontractors

Responsibilities:

• Organizing, coordinating, and verifying site activities according to the project and technical specifications;
• Monitoring the quality of works;
• Monitoring compliance with H&S regulations;
• Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors;
• Tracking material consumption;
• Communicating with the Project Manager, Client, Designer, and Site Supervisor;
• Reporting on work progress;
