Construction Site Manager for Installations

We are looking for an organized and results-oriented professional with experience in coordinating technical projects and managing construction site activities.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (preferably: Polytechnic University, Construction Installations or similar fields)
• Relevant experience in Site Management/Project Management for technical projects (minimum 2 years)
• Solid skills in planning, organization, negotiation, and team coordination
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations in fields such as:
• • construction
  • electrical and mechanical installations
  • energy
  • security and fire-fighting systems
• PC operating skills: Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word for work situation reports, budgets)
• Certifications in Project Management - an advantage
• Category B driving license
• Availability for travel within the country

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and coordination of works for Data Center integration and Power Supply systems
• Coordination of execution teams and facilitation of collaboration among all project participants
• Preparation of periodic reports on work progress and identification of potential issues
• Supplier selection and coordination of procurement processes
• Resource planning and administration of the project budget
• Supervision of equipment delivery to the construction site and ensuring optimal conditions for carrying out the works

IMPORTANT!

Tema Energy projects are located both in Bucharest and throughout the country. This role involves travel within the country to construction sites where data center and technical room development works are carried out. (Travel is done with return to Bucharest on Fridays; work is not performed on weekends except in very rare situations; travel hours outside of working hours and overtime hours are paid); project durations vary from 3 months to one year, during which periodic travel is required. A company car is provided.
