Site Manager for Installations

We are looking for an organized and results-oriented professional with experience in coordinating technical projects and managing site activities.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (preferably: Polytechnic, Installations for construction or similar fields)
• Relevant experience in Site Management/Project Management for technical projects (minimum 2 years)
• Solid skills in planning, organizing, negotiation and coordinating teams
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations in areas such as:
• • construction
  • electrical and mechanical installations
  • energy
  • security and fire protection systems
• PC operating skills: Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word for work situations, budgets)
• Certifications in Project Management - is an advantage
• Driving license category B
• Availability for travel in the country

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring and coordination of integration works for Data Centers and Power Supply systems
• Coordinating execution teams and facilitating collaboration between all project participants
• Preparing periodic reports on the stage of the works and identifying any problems
• Selecting suppliers and coordinating procurement processes
• Planning resources and managing the project budget
• Supervising the delivery of equipment to the site and ensuring optimal conditions for carrying out the works

IMPORTANT!

Tema Energy projects are located both in Bucharest and in the country. This role involves travel in the country to the construction sites where the data centers, technical rooms are being set up (trips are made with return on Friday in Bucharest, no work is done on weekends except in very rare situations, travel hours outside the program and overtime are paid); the duration of the projects varies from 3 months to a year, during which periodic trips are required.
