Site Installation Leader

We are looking for a new colleague, Site Installation Leader to coordinate installation works (sanitary, electrical, HVAC etc.) within ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plans and organizes execution activities on site according to the execution schedule.
• Coordinates installation teams and subcontractors in the field of installations.
• Ensures efficient allocation of resources (materials, equipment, personnel).
• Verifies the technical and qualitative execution of works.
• Ensures that works are carried out according to project designs, specifications, and current regulations.
• Participates in receptions, tests, and putting into operation of installation systems.
• Maintains respect for work safety and security norms on site.
• Ensures compliance with legal regulations and environmental standards.
• Maintains good communication with site managers, specialty designers, contractors, and beneficiaries.
• Participates in site meetings and prepares periodic technical reports.
• Coordinates activity with other specialties involved in the project (structure, architecture etc.).
• Verifies technical documentation (plans, technical memoranda, permits).
• Ensures updating of site documentation and final delivery of documentation at the end of works.
• Maintains monitoring of material consumption and requests replenishment according to needs.
• Follows budget allocation for installation works.

Competencies and necessary skills:

• Higher education in the field of installations for construction;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executing and coordinating installation works.
• Solid knowledge of design and execution of installation works (sanitary, electrical, thermal, HVAC).
• Practical experience in organizing site activities.
• Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Legislative knowledge in the field of construction and installations.
• Driving license (category B).
• Availability for site displacements on sites.
• Driving license category B.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word); advantage: MS Project, Revit.
