Senior Construction Engineer - Site Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Construction Engineer - Site Manager to join our team. If you are a proactive person with excellent organizational and coordination skills, this position may be suitable for you.

Location:Pipera, Voluntari, Ilfov

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing technical documentation and project details for the correct implementation of works;
• Planning and organizing the execution of works on site, respecting order and deadlines established;
• Preparing necessary materials, financial resources, and human resources, ensuring compliance with allocated budget;
• Coordinating and supervising activities of subordinate teams and subcontractors, including training them according to company standards;
• Verifying execution plans and proposing solutions for resolving non-conformities;
• Verifying the quality and quantity of delivered materials and overseeing their correct placement in operation;
• Ensuring proper storage of materials on work fronts;
• Maintaining monitoring of works execution regarding quantity, quality, and deadlines;
• Maintaining monitoring of project progress, ensuring quality and respect for safety standards;
• Ppreparing and/or verifying technical documentation (attachments, work situations, work reports, process verbal);
• Efficient communication with all teams involved in the construction process within the company.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a similar field;
• Experience in civil construction;
• Solid knowledge of organization, planning, and coordination of site activities;
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and propose constructive solutions;
• Communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and orientation towards results;
• Driving license category B (constitutes an advantage);
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
• Knowledge in using project management software and AutoCad (constitutes an advantage)
