Site Engineer Construction Industrial

Site Engineer Construction Industrial (water reservoirs, basins, foundations equipment, etc)

• Greenviro SRL with its headquarters in Cluj Napoca is looking for a site engineer in industrial construction for one of the projects in Calarasi county (distance of 50 km from Bucharest).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the execution activities on-site and supervising the sub-contractors so that they fit into the schedules established;;
• Monitoring the execution and preparing the necessary resources (materials, equipment, personnel) needed for project completion;
• Managing the procurement of materials at the site and being responsible for the quality and proper storage of these on-site;
• Receiving documents that arrive on-site and realizing verbal reports regarding the stages of work execution;
• Maintaining records on-site, performing analyses;
• Participating in command meetings with the beneficiary;
• Reporting constantly about events on-site;
• Ensuring that the work conforms to the requirements of the tender and project execution plan;
• Knowledge of SSM legislation and norms;
• Preparing site journals and realizing quantitative reception of works together with the supervisor.

Studies and experience:

- Graduate of Construction Faculty;

- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and industrial construction domain;

- Knowledge of legislation in the field;

- Specific knowledge regarding the process of executing construction works;

- Experience in using AutoCAD application;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);

- Knowledge of MS Project/ Primavera is an advantage;

- Medium-level English language skills;

- Ability to follow and control multiple problems simultaneously;

- Very good planning, organization, and synthesis capacity;

- Good communication and teamwork skills;
