A company specialized in the field of municipal construction is recruiting a Site Manager for contracts in Romania (Slănic, Prahova, Dăbuleni)

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate of construction/installation studies;
- Solid technical, technological, and legislative knowledge, to be able to offer viable technical-economic solutions and make optimal decisions quickly to resolve problems arising during the execution of works on construction sites;
- Well-organized person with experience in site execution activities in the municipal construction sector;
- PC operation knowledge (Word, Excel, MS Project);
- Knowledge of construction execution technologies, specifically: water supply, sewerage, treatment/purification plants;
- Good knowledge of materials in the field of water supply and sewerage networks;
- Analytical and synthesis capacity;
- Has skills in identifying risks and technical problems, in planning activities and resources, to meet deadlines and costs;
- Seriously and perseveringly pursues set objectives;
- Ability to organize work teams;
- Negotiation, planning, and teamwork skills;
- Communication and relationship skills with clients, state authorities, subcontractors, suppliers;
- Developed sense of responsibility, positive thinking;
- Person with a desire to work, dynamic, organized, serious;
- Category B driving license;

- Availability for relocation anywhere in Romania;

Job Description

- Organizes and supervises the execution of construction works and ensures compliance with the specifications and agreed execution deadlines;
- Manages the execution schedule and activity progress, respectively identifies solutions for problems that could cause delays;
- Involved in identifying technical solutions for problem remediation;
- Establishes actions in case of non-compliance with agreed deadlines;
- Participates in all decisive phases carried out on site;
- Daily coordinates the operational aspects of the project scope;
- Ensures that the supply of ordered materials is made on time and verifies the existence of quality documents;
- Coordinates and verifies the activity of subcontractors, including the situations of works carried out by them;
- Prepares progress reports;
- For contracted works, monitors their settlement;
