Society specialized in the field of construction is recruiting a Site Manager for contracts in Romania (Vaslui, Neamț, Pitesti, Craiova,)

Candidate Ideal

- graduate of studies in construction/installations;

- technical, technological, and legislative knowledge solid enough to offer viable technical-economic solutions and take optimal decisions quickly for resolving problems that may arise during the execution of works on site;

- well-organized person with experience in execution activities on site in the field of construction;

- knowledge operating PC (Word, Excel, MS Project);

- knowledge regarding technologies for executing construction works, respectively: water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment stations;

- good knowledge of materials from the domain of water supply and drainage networks;

- ability to analyze and synthesize;

- has abilities in identifying risks and technical problems, programming activities and resources, for fitting within deadlines and costs;

- follows with seriousness and perseverance set objectives;

- ability to organize worker teams;

- negotiation, planning, and team spirit abilities;

- communication and relationship skills with beneficiaries, state authorities, subcontractors, suppliers;

- developed sense of responsibility, positive thinking;

- person with a desire for work, dynamic, organized, serious;

- driving license category B permit;

- availability to relocate anywhere in Romania;

Job Description

- organizes and follows the execution of construction works and ensures compliance with the specifications book and agreed-upon deadlines;

- manages the execution schedule and activity progress, respectively identifying solutions for problems that may cause delays;

- gets involved in identifying technical solutions for problem-solving;

- establishes actions in case of non-compliance with agreed-upon deadlines;

- participates in all determinative phases that take place on site;

- coordinates daily operational aspects of the project scope;

- ensures timely procurement of ordered materials and verifies the existence of quality documents;

- coordinates and verifies the activity of subcontractors, including situations where works are performed by them;

- prepares progress reports;

- follows up on contract payments;
