Ideal Candidate

- Graduate of construction/installation studies; ( (graduated with a bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent) construction installations engineering/higher education in hydrotechnical construction/higher education in civil engineering and installations or equivalent)

- General professional experience in the field of studies of min. 3 years;
- Solid technical, technological, and legislative knowledge, to be able to provide viable technical-economic solutions and to make optimal decisions quickly to solve problems encountered in the execution of works on construction sites;

- Participation during your professional career in at least one contract as a Site Manager or an equivalent position within a contract for construction and/or rehabilitation and/or modernization and/or expansion of water/sewerage networks and/or water intake systems and/or fluid networks / works for above-ground/underground utility technical networks for fluids, and/or water treatment plants and/or wastewater treatment plants and/or water storage tanks and/or pumping stations.

- Well-organized person with experience in site execution activities in the field of utility construction;
- PC operating knowledge (Word, Excel, MS Project);
- Knowledge of construction execution technologies, specifically: water supply, sewerage, treatment/purification plants;
- Good knowledge of materials in the field of water supply and sewerage networks;
- Analytical and synthesis skills;
- Possesses skills in identifying risks and technical problems, in programming activities and resources, to meet deadlines and costs;
- Seriously and persistently pursues set objectives;
- Ability to organize work teams;
- Negotiation, planning, and teamwork skills;
- Communication and relationship skills with beneficiaries, state authorities, subcontractors, suppliers;
- Developed sense of responsibility, positive thinking;
- Person with a desire to work, dynamic, organized, serious;
- Category B driver's license;

- Availability to relocate anywhere in Romania;

Job Description

- Organizes and supervises the execution of construction works and ensures compliance with the specifications and agreed execution deadlines;
- Manages the execution schedule and activity progress, respectively identifying solutions for problems that could cause delays;
- Is involved in identifying technical solutions for problem remediation;
- Establishes actions in case of non-compliance with agreed deadlines;
- Participates in all determining phases carried out on the construction site;
- Daily coordinates the operational aspects of the project scope;
- Ensures timely supply of ordered materials and verifies the existence of quality documents;
- Coordinates and verifies the activity of subcontractors, including situations of works carried out by them;
- Prepares progress reports;
- For contracted works, monitors their settlement;
