SITE MANAGER

A developing construction company is expanding its team for ongoing and future projects and is looking for specialists for technical and management positions.

DEConstruct AG SRL is expanding its team and is looking for a SITE MANAGER to coordinate construction and utility infrastructure works, including water supply and sewerage works.

We are looking for an organized, responsible person with good coordination and communication skills, capable of managing the project from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and organizes site execution activities according to the project and work schedule.
• Plans and manages the necessary human resources, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinates own teams and subcontractors.
• Monitors compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Verifies compliance with the technical project, regulations, and current legislation.
• Ensures compliance with Health and Safety (SSM), Fire Prevention (PSI) norms, and environmental protection.
• Prepares and submits reports on work progress.
• Collaborates with the beneficiary, designer, site supervisor, and project manager.
• Identifies and resolves problems arising during execution.
• Participates in the acceptance of works and the preparation of technical documentation.

Requirements

·         Higher technical education – Faculty of Construction.

·         Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

·         Experience in civil, industrial construction, or infrastructure projects.

·         Experience in coordinating teams and subcontractors.

·         Knowledge of FIDIC contractual conditions and settlement procedures within projects financed by public or European funds.

·         Knowledge of quality management procedures.

·         Solid knowledge of construction legislation and norms.

·         Knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD and/or Microsoft Project.

·         Driving license category B.

·         Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.  

·         Results, quality, and deadline-oriented.

·         Availability for travel.

📍 Location:Activities will take place on company construction sites, depending on ongoing and future projects. The position requires availability for travel and, where applicable, temporary relocation depending on the project location.
