Site Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating construction projects from beginning to end;
- Planning the human and material resources required for each project;
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines and the established budget;
- Effective communication with the work team, subcontractors, service providers, and suppliers;
- Monitoring the quality of work and implementing corrective measures, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction project management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to solve problems effectively;
- Solid knowledge of construction legislation and standards;
- Higher education in the field of construction or a similar discipline;
