Elmet Group Metal & Electric is expanding its team and looking for a Construction Site Manager with experience in coordinating execution works for modular/containerized construction projects destined for railway infrastructure.

If you have real experience on site, know how to lead teams and keep work under control until the final reception, we want to get to know you.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (advantage: modular/container construction projects)
• UTCB – Faculty of Construction (advantage) graduate
• Solid planning and organizational skills for site activities
• Experience in coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously
• Real leadership, communication, and delegation abilities
• Ability to strictly respect deadlines
• Experience in verifying and certifying work situations
• Knowledge of Romanian regulations: P100, NP068, C56, P118
• Experience in qualitative reception inspections on construction project chapters
• Experience in industrial finishes
• Oriented towards results and able to resolve unexpected situations
• Able to track the project's progress step by step and as a whole

• Coordinates site execution team activities
• Organizes, verifies, and supervises construction work execution
• Verifies execution plans and proposes technical solutions
• Monitors construction work quality according to technical documentation
• Participates in general layout tracing with the designer
• Takes care of respecting building permits and task books
• Ensures respect for safety regulations on site
• Contributes to maintaining quality standards and conformity
