Fish Department Head

Description of the job:

• coordinates and organizes the activity of receiving, storing, preparing, preparing, and selling fish and fish products
• issues orders to suppliers
• supervises and executes the process of preparing and packaging fish/fish products, cleaning, evisceration, and filleting fish
• manages correct stock levels and inventory of the department
• monitors the fulfillment of sales plans

Requirements:

• constitutes an advantage: qualification in the field
• experience in the fish processing industry
• leadership and teamwork skills
• seriousness, flexibility, dynamism
• willingness to work on shifts
