The Ideal Candidate

· Education: Higher technical education in the field of transport constitutes an advantage

· Experience: Minimum 5 yearsprevious experience in a similar position

· Communication: Exceptional organizational and planning skills

Main Responsibilities

· Vehicle Fleet Management - tracks the number of cars, their allocation to employees, and the technical condition of each vehicle

· Maintenance and Repairs – supervises the maintenance and repairs of the vehicle fleet (servicing, technical inspection, tires, general repairs)

· Document Administration – manages and tracks the validity of documents related to mandatory liability insurance (RCA), comprehensive insurance (CASCO), technical inspection (ITP), road tax vignettes (roviniete), leases, contracts, etc.

· Fuel Consumption Monitoring - monitors fuel consumption, number of kilometers traveled, and any discrepancies

· Cost Management - tracks expenses for servicing, fuel, insurance, leasing, and parts

· Vehicle Usage Monitoring – via GPS

· Reporting – prepares reports on mileage, costs, consumption, accidents, and fleet efficiency

· Inventory – determines the need for spare parts and consumables

· Collaboration with External Companies - collaborates with repair shops, leasing companies, and insurance providers and can negotiate prices and contracts

· Participation in Vehicle Replacement/New Acquisitions - participates in the acquisition or replacement of vehicles, analyzing costs and company needs
