Maintenance Manager - Ramnicu Valcea

PROHUMAN is recruiting for one of its clients in the industrial production sector a Maintenance Manager for the factory in Râmnicu Vâlcea. We are looking for an organized person with good technical knowledge and experience in coordinating maintenance and repair activities, who will actively contribute to keeping equipment and machinery in optimal operating condition.

Responsibilities:

· Coordination of the maintenance team and organization of daily activities;

· Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance work;

· Ensuring the optimal operation of production machinery and equipment;

· Identification and resolution of technical problems that arise;

· Collaboration with production departments to reduce downtime;

· Management of the need for spare parts and technical materials;

· Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures;

· Preparation of technical reports and monitoring of performance indicators.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar role in the industrial environment;

· Technical knowledge in the field of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance;

· Team coordination and organization skills;

· Analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issues;

· PC operating knowledge;

· Availability for flexible working hours, depending on needs;

· Specialized technical studies represent an advantage.
