📍 IASI | MAGNET TOTAL CONSTRUCT We are looking for an organized, responsible, and experienced Head of Mechanization to ensure the smooth operation of transports and machinery necessary for our construction sites. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO 🔹 Organize and coordinate the car fleet, drivers, and machinery; 🔹 Plan the transport of materials, equipment, precast elements, machinery, and personnel to construction sites; 🔹 Ensure the supply of materials for construction sites and coordinate the procurement process according to the needs of the works; 🔹 Identify material needs, request and compare offers, and handle their procurement; 🔹 Monitor orders and deliveries so that the necessary materials and resources arrive on site on time; 🔹 Ensure that resources arrive on time and without blockages, so that the works can continue according to the plan; 🔹 Monitor the technical condition, consumption, and costs related to the fleet; 🔹 Permanently collaborate with site managers and the production team for the rapid resolution of transport and supply needs. 👷 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Experience in a similar role: Fleet Manager / Transport Coordinator / Fleet Coordinator;

✔️ Experience in construction is an advantage;

✔️ Good capacity for organization, coordination, and prioritization;

✔️ Seriousness, responsibility, and the ability to make quick decisions;

✔️ Driving license B – category C/CE is an advantage.
