What we expect from you:
University studies completed with a bachelor's degree in the Food Industry field
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field (constitutes an advantage)
PC operating knowledge, knowledge of SAP software (may represent an advantage)
Availability for training, desire to learn new things, taking responsibility
Skills related to activity planning, communication skills, flexibility and dynamism
Availability for a 3-shift work schedule;
Permanent residence in Timisoara and Brasov or in the surrounding areas (Dumbravita, Sanandrei, Covaci, Giarmata, Ghiroda etc.).
What challenges we offer you:
You will control and be responsible for production activity on your work shift
You will manage the activity of subordinate staff: timekeeping, equipment, activity monitoring
You will monitor the management of raw and auxiliary materials, supplies, equipment, semi-finished products, and finished products
You will receive orders and schedule their completion according to requirements
You will be responsible for training subordinate staff on Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and production procedures
You will study and master the technological instructions and manufacturing recipes for all products, and then train subordinate staff. You will monitor adherence to specific consumption rates during the work shift
You will prepare the documentation specific to production activity.
What we offer:
Salary between 3500 lei-4500 lei net, depending on experience

We offer meal tickets of 40 lei/day, as well as holiday bonuses (500 lei net)
We reimburse transportation costs
