HEAD OF SPECIAL PROJECTS DIVISION

POSITION'S PURPOSE

To coordinate and develop the division's activity by efficiently managing projects, resources, and teams, ensuring the achievement of the company's operational, financial, and strategic objectives. Coordinates all division infrastructure projects — bridges, roads, railways, and other special works — leads the division's development strategy, actively participates in the bidding process, and is responsible for the division's profitability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates and supports project managers for the successful implementation of projects;
• Supervises project plans, budgets, and resources, establishing optimization and correction measures when necessary;
• Coordinates the division's operational activity and efficient resource allocation;
• Coordinates the implementation and execution of all division infrastructure projects — bridges, roads, railways, and other special works — ensuring adherence to the highest technical and safety standards;
• Defines and leads the division's development strategy, aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
• Ensures the achievement of financial objectives and adherence to project budgets;
• Is responsible for the division's profitability, continuously monitoring financial results and implementing efficiency measures;
• Monitors project progress and periodically reports results and challenges to management;
• Ensures the existence and updating of documentation necessary for project implementation;
• Identifies, evaluates, and manages risks associated with projects within the division;
• Maintains effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers;
• Ensures compliance with legal, contractual, quality, and HSSE requirements;
• Coordinates and develops the subordinate team, promoting performance and collaboration;
• Participates in the development of the division's budget and is responsible for its achievement;
• Actively participates in the project bidding process and identifies business development opportunities;
• Promotes the implementation and use of modern technologies to increase operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in construction (Civil / Railway / Road and Bridge Engineering);
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and team coordination;
• Experience in a leadership role in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects;
• Solid knowledge of operational and financial management;
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills;
• Capacity for analysis, planning, and risk management;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Category B driver's license;
• Availability for travel to construction sites and project locations.
