Warehouse Manager, Picker

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to take over the coordination of warehousing activities and logistics specialized in disposable packaging and consumables for the HoReCa sector.

Responsibilities

Coordination of goods reception, storage, and dispatch

Inventory management: periodic inventory, tracking of incoming/outgoing goods, timely notification of products with low stock

Organization of warehouse space for maximum efficiency and quick access to high-turnover products

Coordination of the warehouse operator team

Verification of the accuracy of prepared orders (quantity, product, packaging) before dispatch

Direct collaboration with the orders department and with couriers/transport companies to meet delivery deadlines

Maintaining order and safety standards in the warehouse

Periodic reporting to management regarding stocks, discrepancies, and operational efficiency

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role (warehouse manager/supervisor, logistics coordinator) is an advantage
