Procurement Department Head

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Higher education in economics, technology, or equivalent.
• Advanced language skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of operating a PC, including MS Office.
• In-depth understanding of procurement laws and commercial contracts.
• Basic technical knowledge of construction processes.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Driving license category B.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Possitive attitude and proactivity.
• Seriousness and responsibility.

Duties:

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies for railway projects.
• Negotiating and concluding contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitoring budgets and optimizing costs.
• Coordinating the procurement team and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Analyzing markets and identifying the best solutions for materials and services.
