Shift Manager - Barge Romano P

Sulina Logistics SRL is hiring a Shift Manager to ensure operational order on board the barge.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensures the safety of the barge, crew, cargo, and the surrounding environment;
• Coordinates and supervises loading/unloading/transshipment operations, according to the cargo operation plan;
• Monitors drafts and ballasting/deballasting operations;
• Periodically verifies the barge's certificates and documents, reporting expirations in advance;
• Organizes and coordinates shift personnel;
• Maintains constant communication with hierarchical superiors and respects company policies regarding operations, safety, and environmental protection.

We offer:

• Salary: 1700 EUR/month;
• Fixed-term contract (2 months), with the possibility of extension;
• Employment through Personal Sea Management, with state taxes paid monthly;
• Flexible schedule: day shift, agreed upon by mutual consent according to operational needs;
• Work equipment provided;
• Port entry ensured.

Not included: Transportation to the workplace.

Requirements: experience in naval/riverine operations, knowledge of safety on board ships/barges, ability to organize and coordinate the team.
