Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced shift manager to coordinate activities within a 4-shift program.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and supervising teams throughout the 4 shifts.

Ensuring an efficient production flow and respecting delivery deadlines.

Monitoring and improving team performance.

Implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with them.

Managing human resources and materials to prevent delays in production.

Reporting activities to the production manager and/or operational director.

Identifying and solving operational problems.

Requirements:

Experience in leading teams in a production environment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make quick decisions.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Availability to work in a 4-shift system.

Basic knowledge of using specific industry equipment.

Seriousness, responsibility, and team spirit.
