Skela Industries is expanding its team and seeking a Shift Supervisor responsible and organized, who will coordinate production activity and the team under their supervision, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of the team in the allocated shift
• Ensuring compliance with production plan and established deadlines
• Monitoring production processes and intervening promptly in case of problems
• Respecting and applying quality, safety, and labor protection norms
• Instructing and evaluating personnel under their supervision
• Publishing activity reports and efficient communication with hierarchical superiors

Requirements:

• Seriousness, responsibility, and orientation towards results
• Availability for work in shifts
• Moderate knowledge of PC operation – constitutes an advantage
• Middle or higher education in the field of metal construction / mechanics / technology
• Certification as a master or relevant experience in a similar position
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executing and coordinating metal construction projects
• Solid knowledge of:
• Metal fabrication (metal structures, halls, roofs, beams, pillars, etc.)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Welding and assembly processes for metal structures
• Coordination and organization skills for teams of workers
• Knowledge of SSM and PSI norms
• Ability to plan, respect deadlines, and ensure quality execution
• Driver's license category B – constitutes an advantage
• Availability for travel (if necessary)

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of the team on site or in the workshop
• Organizing daily activities according to the execution plan
• Verifying the quality of executed work and respecting technical project requirements
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health at work norms
• Collaboration with engineers, site managers, and company management
• Tracking material consumption and reporting necessary quantities
• Publishing work reports and daily situations
