Job Description

• Organizes, leads, and coordinates production activity during the shift or in areas under his/her supervision, being responsible for the efficient use of equipment and workforce;
• Observes the work schedule established by superiors and ensures that operators under his/her supervision also observe the same schedule;
• Is responsible for entering and ensuring the conformity of production data in SAP;
• Is responsible for approving product quality.
• Is responsible for scrap generated during his/her shift and actively participates in its reduction; Must ensure that labor protection regulations are respected by subordinate operators.
