Firm of construction in Bucharest, sector 3 . hires a site manager for MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING, Unirii area.

Mandatory requirement: technical university studies in the field of constructions 

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for managing human and material resources according to project planning, as well as their correct allocation on project activities;

Responsible for respecting deadlines established by contracts;

Responsible for the accuracy and correctness of reports submitted to financiers, partners, and beneficiaries;

Responsible for delivering in good condition and quality of works entrusted;

Responsible for planning, launching, and monitoring project execution, in correlation with other activities according to contract requirements;

Responsible for coordinating technical activity and ensuring documentation and technical information, economic, and regulatory reporting for organizational departments;

Monitoring of execution, from a quantitative point of view, conformity with the project, quality, and respect for deadlines;

Hires labor personnel on the project's radius;

Selects subcontractors together with the company's leadership.
