Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer who will organize and coordinate daily activities on site, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the plan, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The role requires constant presence on site, coordinating subcontractors and tracking project progress, with a focus on productivity, discipline, and efficient organization.

• Organizing and coordinating daily activities on site, in accordance with the execution schedule
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams (presence, productivity, quality)
• Tracking necessary materials, tools, and equipment and collaborating with logistics teams
• Verifying the quality of executed work and reporting any non-conformities
• Preparing daily progress reports and transmitting status to the project team
• Participating in progress meetings and implementing decisions on site
• Maintaining order and discipline on site and respecting safety rules

• Relevant experience in site engineering and working with subcontractors
• Good organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
• Oriented towards results and respecting deadlines
• Experience in daily reporting and tracking project progress
• Category B driving permit
• Availability for an adapted program to match site activities

• Experience in receiving phase work reports
• Knowledge of material management and logistics on site
• Using digital tools for reporting
