Site Manager

Profile and job description:

We are looking for a person with experience in coordinating construction works for residential buildings to join our team as Site Manager.

To successfully fulfill the responsibilities assigned to you as Site Manager, we would like your future colleague's profile to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (representing an advantage for coordinating projects from the residential building category);
• Graduate of Technical University of Construction (Faculty of Construction);
• Ability to plan and organize activities on site;
• Good communication and delegation skills; 
• Ability to coordinate the team and delegate responsibilities;
• Ability to respect deadlines;
• Ability to verify and certify the quantities of work performed by subcontractors;
• Knowledge of Romanian technical legislation and standards (P100, NP068, C56, P118); 
• Ability to perform high-quality receptions on construction works;
• Oriented towards results and identifying solutions when unexpected situations arise;
• Ability to work both individually and in a team;
• Skills in operating planning software: MSProject;
• Ability to track the evolution of the project, both for each stage of execution and as a whole;
• Experience in managing multiple subcontractors with different specializations; 
• Experience in completing the finishing stages of residential projects and fit-out works for commercial/office spaces; 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure coordination of activities and team on site;
• Organize, verify, and supervise the execution of construction works;
• Verify execution plans and propose solutions for resolving any problems or unexpected situations;
• Verify permanent quality of construction works to ensure compliance with technical documents;
• Participate with the designer and contractor in general layout planning and establishing reference points;
• Track the construction's progress in accordance with the building permit, job specifications, and applicable technical regulations; 
• Ensure compliance with safety norms on site, according to current regulations;
• Contribute to maintaining and respecting quality standards and conformity for all aspects related to building construction;
