Site Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for construction and like to coordinate projects from start to finish, this position may be suitable for you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and organize the activity of subcontractors, workers, material suppliers, and service providers on the construction site, according to the chapters of work/fase execution that have been assigned to you in the project;
• Monitor the progress of construction activities on the site regularly, organize periodic meetings with all involved persons, and resolve any problems that may arise during execution;
• Ensure compliance with execution technologies, according to current regulations, beneficiary requirements, and internal imposed requirements for the respective work;
• Suggest strategies for optimizing activity, propose new solutions;
• Prioritize daily and report on the real and correct situation from the site, according to requests, offering relevant explanations and activity plans;
• Realize action plans for continuous improvement of actual results and for achieving new targets;
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by establishing and applying standards and procedures, respecting regulations and legal codes;

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and resolve problems promptly
• Solid knowledge in the field of construction and safety norms
• Flexibility and ability to make quick decisions
