SEF DE SANTIER INSTALATII MECANICE

Criteria:

Graduate of the Faculty of Installations for Buildings;
Minimum 5 years of experience in execution and coordination of installations;
Specialized in the field of mechanical installations (HVAC, sanitary, fire);
Experience in coordinating teams and subcontractors;
Knowledge of operating PC: MS Office, AUTO CAD (ability to read and interpret technical plans and schemes);
Good organizer and leader able to motivate the team from below;
Dynamic and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates mechanical installations work, according to technical projects;
Manages human and material resources in a balanced and coherent manner for the completion of works within contractual deadlines, respecting quality standards and budget;
Coordinates teams from within the company as well as subcontractors, to fit into the execution schedule and budget;
Realizes necessary materials and transmits them to the Purchasing Department;
Verifies the existence of quality documents for materials and equipment ordered and received on site;
Presents work situations and obtains approval from the Beneficiary;
Verifies subcontractors' work situations;
Represents the company in relations with beneficiaries, subcontractors, or other collaborators within the limits set by superiors;
Collaborates with company departments to achieve works at required standards.
