SITE MANAGER ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS

Requirements:

Higher education;
Minimum 5 years of experience in execution and coordination of installation works;
Specialized in the field of mechanical installations (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, Electrical High Voltage, Low Voltage)
Experience in coordinating teams and subcontractors;
PC operation skills: MS Office, AUTO CAD (ability to read and interpret plans and technical diagrams);
Good organizer and leader capable of motivating the subordinate team;
Dynamic and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates mechanical installation works, according to technical projects;
Manages human and material resources in a balanced and coherent manner for the completion of works within contractual deadlines, respecting quality standards and the established budget;
Coordinates the teams within the company as well as subcontractors, to fit within the execution schedule and budget;
Carries out the necessary materials and transmits them to the Procurement Department;
Verifies the existence of quality documents for the materials and equipment ordered and received on site;
Prepares work statements and obtains their approval from the Beneficiary;
Verifies subcontractors' work statements;
Represents the company in relations with work beneficiaries, subcontractors, or other collaborators within the limits set by superiors;
Collaborates with company departments for the realization of works to the required standards.
