Site Manager - Large Infrastructure

Main Responsibilities:

• Plans, monitors, and organizes the site activity of subcontractors, workers, and suppliers of materials and services, for the work sections / execution phases assigned to them in the project;
• Monitors the progress of construction activities on the site regularly, organizes periodic meetings with all involved parties, and resolves any problems that arise during execution;
• Is responsible for the adherence to execution technologies, according to current regulations, the beneficiary's requirements, and internal requirements imposed for the respective work;
• Suggests strategies for optimizing activities, proposes new solutions;
• Prepares daily work reports and reports the real and correct situation on the site, as requested, providing relevant explanations and activity plans;
• Develops action plans for the continuous improvement of real results and for achieving new targets;
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and applying standards and procedures, complying with regulations and legal codes;

Required Qualifications:

Higher technical studies in the field of construction

Required Knowledge:

• Experience in the field - minimum 5 years
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
• English language skills - intermediate/advanced level
• Driver's license: category B

• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment with tight deadlines;

The position requires availability to work on various construction sites open throughout the country, with accommodation and per diem provided in accordance with the law.
