Site Manager - Major Infrastructure

Main Responsibilities:

• Plans, monitors, and organizes the activities of subcontractors, workers, material suppliers, and service providers on construction sites / execution phases assigned to you in the project;
• Monitors the progress of construction site activities regularly, organizes periodic meetings with all involved parties, and resolves any issues that may arise during execution;
• Ensures compliance with execution technologies, according to current regulations, beneficiary requirements, and internal imposed requirements for the respective work;
• Suggests strategies for optimizing activities, proposes new solutions;
• Prepares daily work reports and situational reports, providing accurate information and activity plans;
• Develops action plans for continuous improvement of actual results and achieving new targets;
• Maintains a safe and healthy working environment by establishing and applying standards and procedures, respecting regulations and legal codes;

Necessary Qualifications:

Higher technical studies in the field of construction

Necessary Knowledge:

• Experience in the field - minimum 5 years
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office operation
• English language knowledge - medium/advanced level
• Driving permit: category B

Other Abilities:

• Capacity for problem analysis and resolution, planning, and organization;
• Attention to detail;
• Oriented towards results but also towards the client;
• Ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment with many tight deadlines;

The position requires availability for work on various construction sites open in the country, ensuring accommodation and daytime according to the law.
