Site Manager (f/m/d) Utilization in Germany - Bauleiter (m/w/d) Einsatz in Deutschland

• Technical implementation and project management according to contracts.
• Coordination of assembly work, deadlines, commissioning, and service receptions, respecting the budget.
• Main point of contact for project leadership, employees, and subcontractors.
• Participation in planning meetings and site meetings, as well as receptions, in close collaboration with project management.
• Maintenance and initiation of measures necessary in case of deviations, delays, and additional costs.

Requirements:

• Degree completed and recognized in Romania in the field of electrical engineering.
• Minimum experience in coordinating and leading construction sites.
• Solid knowledge of specific norms and legislation.
• Negotiation skills, organizational talent, and a professional presence before clients.
• Good knowledge of German language – written and spoken represents an advantage.
• Driving license category B.
