Site Manager (Brasov)

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and monitors the execution of works on site, ensuring compliance with projects and technical norms.
• Participates in preparing and tracking the execution schedule and takes over the work front.
• Coordinates the execution stages according to the established schedule.
• Ensures compliance with technical requirements and safety and health at work standards.
• Manages relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring the execution of works.
• Organizes site teams and activities for maximum efficiency.
• Verifies the quality of works and compliance with the project.
• Prepares necessary documents for the site, including progress reports.
• Informs internal teams periodically about the project status.
• Reads and interprets execution plans.

Requirements:

• Higher education in construction.
• 2-5 years of experience on a similar post.
