Site Manager - Wind Farm Buzau

IMSAT is looking for a Site Manager - Electrical Installations – Wind Farm Buzau.

What are the job responsibilities?

🔹 Participate in organizing the site teams

🔹 Establish and follow up on team objectives, work program, and execution methods

🔹 Determine together with the site manager the necessary resources for execution: people, equipment, tools, materials.

🔹 Coordinate the execution of works, respecting technical documentation, current regulations, and technical execution procedures (PTE) at quality and time levels established in contracts with Clients

🔹 Responsible for inventorying tools and work equipment from the site to personnel under your supervision

🔹 Prepare reports on the status of execution in the assigned area

🔹 Participate in preparing payroll for personnel under your supervision

🔹 Identify problems and risks and propose (as needed) corrective measures

🔹 Manage site relationships with client representatives

🔹 Participate in integrating new employees or newcomers to the team

What do we expect from you?

🔹 Technical high school or master's school

🔹 Understanding of electrical plans and schemes

🔹 Similar experience in industrial projects

🔹 Medium-level English

🔹 Driving license category B

🔹 Availability for travel

🔹 Knowledge of automation and instrumentation - advantage

🔹 ANRE authorization - advantage

🔹 Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word) - advantage
