Sales Office Manager

Job Description:

• Management of the sales team: employee integration and development, planning, organization, team motivation, implementation of processes and procedures, resolving situations related to customers and sales;
• Preparation and interpretation of customer analyses, their interpretation, and proposing actions to improve results by customer groups and areas in order to achieve the targets set by the company;
• Monitoring the market and customer trends;
• Collaboration with store staff to ensure good contract execution, product availability, prompt and complete customer service, and sales achievement;
• Approval of contractual terms proposed by subordinate advisors (within the scope of competencies)
• Management of your own client portfolio through field visits, negotiation of contractual terms, establishment of product portfolio, business development, negotiation of contractual terms, receivables management;

Requirements:

• secondary/higher education
• experience in a similar position is an advantage
• very good communication and negotiation skills
• team coordination and motivation ability
• seriousness, flexibility, dynamism
