Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00
Location: Brasov

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager for Tendering in the electrical/electro-energetic field, who will coordinate the activity of the technical tendering office and actively contribute to the preparation of offers for the company's projects and tenders.

Requirements:
Higher technical education in the electrical / electro-energetic field;
Similar experience of 3–5 years;
Knowledge of using the IntelSoft tendering software;
English language – advanced level;
Category B driving license;
Very good organizational skills;
Attention to detail;
ANRE authorization is an advantage;
Management courses are an advantage.

Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the activity of the Technical Tendering Office;
Distributing tasks within the team;
Identifying and proposing solutions for the development and efficiency of the activity;
Analyzing technical specifications and directly participating in the preparation of technical offers for tenders;
Analyzing supplier offers and choosing the most advantageous solutions;
Providing technical assistance during the execution of works;
Verifying the correctness of work statements;
Maintaining relationships with beneficiaries, partners, and various institutions.
