Production Planning Office Head

We are looking for an experienced leader to coordinate production planning processes, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of products to finished goods warehouse and clients.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

• Coordination and supervision of production planning activities
• Following and updating the production program, managing any delays
• Ensuring compliance with specific customer requirements (CSR)
• Optimizing deliveries to finished goods warehouse and clients
• Monitoring material stock levels necessary for production
• Respecting safety, security, and environmental standards (SSM, PSI, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Reporting to the hierarchical superior and fulfilling delegated tasks

✅ Requirements and Necessary Competences

• Mandatory experience in the automotive domain;
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills;
• Solid knowledge of production processes, customer requirements, and supply chain;
• Ability to make quick and well-founded decisions;
• Knowledge of ISO standards, SSM, and PSI;
• Advanced PC user (Excel, ERP, etc.).
