Accounting Office Periodic 2 Years

At present, the post is for a period of 2 years

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in accounting of at least 5 years;
• Candidates with experience in accounting for a transportation company are an advantage;
• University or post-university economic studies completed;
• Excellent knowledge of computer (especially EXCEL) and the ability to work with special accounting software;
• Solid knowledge of financial-accounting legislation and tax laws;
• Advanced English and/or Italian;
• Analytical skills, organization, integrity, team spirit, positive attitude in human relationships;
• Attention to detail and flexibility in thinking, respect for deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Verification of chronological and systematic records in accounting for all financial transactions respecting financial-accounting legislation and being up-to-date with the latest changes in the field;
• Monthly verification of account balances;
• Collaboration in maintaining correct and up-to-date financial and accounting evidence;
• Organization and coordination of the team under your supervision;
• Support to the company's financial director in the decision-making process by providing necessary information;
• Verification of income and expense allocations for cost centers;
• Ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines;
• Preparation or coordination of periodic reports as requested by the company's financial director;
• Other tasks depending on projects involving the Financial-Contabil Department;
• Carrying out tasks assigned through hierarchical channels;
• Ensuring and respecting the company's financial-contabil policies, internal control procedures, and other existing procedures at the company level.
