Sauna Workshop/Team Leader Production

• Graduate of secondary education / Vocational school;
• Experience in a similar position in the production field (carpentry, furniture, construction elements, metal fabrication, advertising production) - is an advantage;
• Organized and responsible person;
• Good team coordinator and organizer, oriented towards the training and development of team colleagues;
• Proactive attitude and practical spirit;
• Attention to detail and quick learning ability;
• Communication and teamwork skills;

Job Description:

• Coordinates the activity of the operator team in the allocated work area;
• Coordination with the design office (receiving drawings);
• Monitors compliance with the production plan;
• Ensures compliance with work procedures in accordance with quality standards.
• Is directly responsible for training the operators in his team according to the training plan;
• Provides support to his team;
• Monitors the activity of the operators in his team and ensures that they work according to the company's procedures;
• Ensures the maintenance and efficient use of the production area space;
• Respects and ensures that health and safety at work regulations are respected;
• Achieves the performance indicators established for the allocated work area;
• Ensures the fulfillment of planned production volumes;
• Respects quality monitoring parameters;
• Maintains order and cleanliness at the workplace.

Working hours Monday-Friday 07:30-16:15,
