We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of Automotive Bodyshop to join our team at Toyota in Timișoara.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supervising the bodyshop team;
• Organizing activities in the workshop according to Toyota standards;
• Ensuring the quality of work and respecting deadlines;
• Planning work and optimizing workflow;
• Maintaining inventory of parts and materials;
• Collaborating with service reception and internal departments;
• Interacting with clients, ;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of quality and quantity indicators for the bodyshop's activities;
• Responsible for respecting agreed repair deadlines with customers and ensuring the completion of all requested operations;
• Ensuring proper use of production equipment and material resources in the workshop area;
• Distributing and assigning work based on colleagues' competencies and availability;
• Planning workshop loading;
• Enforcing correct and complete use of all specific activity documents;
• Maintaining permanent contact with external collaborators: insurance companies;
• Communicating quality, volume, and profitability objectives to all colleagues.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience 3–5 years in automotive bodyshop;
• Studies in the field are an advantage;
• Experience as a coordinator/ workshop head – an advantage;
• Leadership, organization, and communication skills;
• Solid technical knowledge in auto repairs, regardless of brand
• Openness to respecting Toyota procedures and technologies
