Responsibilities

Planning and organizing repair works for machinery.

Supervising the technical team and providing technical and managerial support.

Prioritizing interventions and allocating resources efficiently.

Identifying and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Collaborating with the procurement department for spare parts assurance.

Collecting activity reports

Requirements

Solid experience in machinery service / heavy machinery / industrial equipment (experience is mandatory).

Experience in coordinating and organizing a technical team.

Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

Solution-oriented attitude and quality focus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.

A driving license category B.

No prior experience in macarale is required.
