EmploymentSef de atelier for the production section of industrial tools specific to the food, pharmaceutical and various metalworking industries.

Coordination of a 20-person production team. Production of unique pieces, metalwork, reservoirs, storage tanks, hospitality furniture, and various metalwork on demand. Fabrication and assembly of elements and equipment according to design, realization of dairy factory installations, and diverse service and maintenance activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of the entire production process in the workshop.
• Planning and organizing workflow to ensure timely delivery and management objectives;
• Analyze, plan, organize, and coordinate internal/logistical resources for the production section to achieve goals;
• Organize and supervise activities of personnel under supervision and manage work time information;
• Verify correct execution of processes and all operations performed in the production workshop;
• Evaluate daily and point out daily activities of employees under supervision;
• Transmit daily report with activities and achievements from the section;
• Instruct personnel on process technology, equipment, and respect for documentation related to the production system.
• Instruct personnel on respect for occupational safety norms,
• Knowledge of process technologies, equipment, and respect for documentation related to the production system.
• Understanding and mastering project processes;
• Ensuring product quality and maintaining high work standards.
• Management of material and equipment stocks necessary in the workshop.
• Supervision, constant guidance of the work team, and provision of feedback and support
• Collaboration and subordination to the Technical Director and company management,

Requirements:

• Middle school/faculty graduate presents an advantage;
• Prior relevant experience in industrial production of tools, with at least 5 years of experience
• Solid technical knowledge, reading and understanding technical drawings, project sketches
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for a team of 20 people
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Very good understanding of technical language,
• Oriented towards achieving and exceeding daily production targets, attention to quality.
• Flexibility, creativity, and team spirit.
• Demonstrated ability to take strategic decisions and resolve operational problems that arise
