Sef Atelier Montaj

We are looking for a Chief of Assembly Workshop who will coordinate the activity of the assembly workshop within the Production department, organize the team and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the team in the assembly workshop and plans daily activities;
• Makes sure that personnel has all necessary documents, materials and equipment;
• Monitors productivity and quality of work executed;
• Completes time sheets and related documents for the workshop's activity;
• SUPERVISES testing and verification of equipment according to test plans;
• ENSURES compliance with SSM rules and use of protective equipment;
• PARTicipates in performance evaluation and integration of new employees.

Requirements:

• Middle or higher education in a technical field;
• Relevant experience in production activity coordination (minimum 3 years);
• Leadership and team motivation skills (minimum 20 people);
• Knowledge of technical drawing and mechanical assembly;
• Knowledge of PC operation (MS Office, Outlook);
• Knowledge in industrial hydraulics – advantage;
• Communication, organization and work under pressure skills.
