Job Description: Sef Atelier Mecanic

We are looking for a responsible, organized person with relevant practical experience to fill the position of Sef atelier mecanic, an essential role in coordinating daily activities and ensuring efficient functioning of the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and organizing the mechanical workshop's activities, with planning work, assigning tasks, and tracking execution deadlines
• Supervising compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and internal procedures
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers of parts and consumables, tracking inventory and material needs
• Administering the workshop building and yard, with responsibility for order, functionality, and maintenance
• Direct involvement in identifying and solving current technical problems when necessary

Requirements

• Technical studies completed, minimum 12 classes
• Experience of at least 5 years in a relevant technical field
• Good organizational, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and solution-oriented approach
• Knowledge of the Romanian language and basic use of MS Office applications
