💼 We are recruiting an Electrical Workshop Manager! ⚡

📍Location: Campia Turzii

Are you a technical leader passionate about the electrical field and do you have experience in team coordination? We are looking for an organized and results-oriented Electrical Workshop Manager, ready to take over the operational management of our workshop!

🎯 Your role in brief:
You will coordinate the daily activities of the electricians' team, plan the workflow, and ensure that all works or products (e.g., electrical panels, equipment) meet quality standards and deadlines.

🛠️ What you will do:

✔ Team Coordination: Organize, distribute tasks, and monitor the activity of the subordinate team.

✔ Operational Planning: Supervise the production, maintenance, or assembly flow in the workshop.

✔ Quality Control: Verify the conformity of works with electrical diagrams and current technical norms.

✔ Inventory Management: Track the need for materials, tools, and electrical components for the workshop.

✔ Safety: Ensure that the entire team strictly adheres to Health and Safety (SSM) and Fire Safety (PSI) regulations.

📐 What we are looking for in you:

✔ Technical Studies: Electrical, electromechanical profile

✔ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar coordination role (advantageous).

✔ Technical Skills: Reading and interpreting complex electrical diagrams.

✔ Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate the team, delegate effectively, and solve problems quickly.

✔ Organization: Attention to detail, punctuality, and good planning skills.
