Body Shop Manager

We are looking for a dedicated, technical, and involved Body Shop Manager to join our team at the Eurial Militari dealership. If you have excellent organizational and leadership skills and extensive experience in car body repair and painting, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

In the role of Body Shop Manager, you will be the main pillar in coordinating the technical activity within the body repair workflow. You will be responsible for organizing the team of technicians, monitoring the quality of execution, and ensuring an efficient workflow, directly contributing to maintaining high standards and the satisfaction of our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organization & Planning: Coordination, planning, and monitoring of the daily activity of the subordinate team (car body repair technicians and painters).
• Task Allocation: Efficient distribution of repair orders in the workshop based on complexity and team competencies.
• Quality Control: Rigorous inspection of the work performed in the workshop at each stage of the process and before the final handover of the vehicle.
• Deadline Adherence: Monitoring execution times and ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines promised to customers.
• Technical Support: Providing solutions and technical guidance to the team for complex or atypical repairs.
• Resource Management: Supervising the correct use of workshop equipment, tools, and consumables, as well as managing the flow of spare parts needed for bodywork.
• Safety & Standards: Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (OHS) and the technical standards imposed by the represented brands.

What we are looking for in you (Requirements):

• Solid and demonstrated technical experience in the field of body repairs (car bodywork/painting).
• Previous experience in a coordination, team management, or workshop manager position (major advantage).
• Excellent leadership, communication, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good personal organization, keen attention to detail, and stress resistance in dynamic work environments.
• Clear orientation towards achieving qualitative results and optimizing processes.
