Auto Workshop Manager

The ideal candidate:

• Relevant experience in the technical field
• Skills in planning, organizing, control, and communication
• Orientation towards achieving quantitative and qualitative results
• Serious, organized, and responsible person
• Category B driver's license

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinates workshop activity, assigns work orders, and verifies executed works
• Constantly ensures the organization of the workspace in accordance with established rules
• Supervises adherence to agreed deadlines for the completion of repair works
• Ensures a high qualitative standard for services offered to clients
• Monitors the achievement of objectives regarding the profitability of the activities carried out
