Agency Manager – Târgu Jiu

Do you want a role where you are close to entrepreneurs, manage an agency's activity, and directly contribute to the development of local businesses?

We are looking for an Agency Manager for Târgu Jiu, a professional with experience in dealing with micro-enterprises and in financial analysis, who desires a dynamic role with autonomy and impact.

What you will do

• You will develop and manage the client portfolio – micro-enterprises and local entrepreneurs.
• You will identify financing opportunities and build trusting relationships with the business environment.
• You will conduct visits to client premises to understand their activity and evaluate the business on-site.
• You will analyze financial documentation (balance sheets, trial balances, financial statements, and other specific documents).
• You will make decisions based on both financial analysis and on-the-ground reality.
• You will coordinate the agency's activity and contribute to achieving commercial objectives.

What we are looking for

• Experience in the financial-banking sector, IFN, or a similar role.
• Experience working with legal entities, especially micro-enterprises.
• Excellent financial analysis and accounting document interpretation skills (balance sheet, trial balance, profit and loss statement, etc.).
• Availability for field activity and client meetings.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and results orientation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Category B driving license.

Considered an advantage

• Knowledge of the business environment in Gorj county.
• Experience in financing micro-enterprises.
• Knowledge of agribusiness and the activity of farmers or companies in the agricultural sector.
